The EOS Process
Giving good advice can be helpful, but giving business leaders and managers great simple and proven tools provides them with everything needed to build and run a great business.
Introduce the Entrepreneurial Operating System to your leadership team, and get everyone on the same page so they can decide if they want to use the system and tools to strengthen the company.
A day to give the leadership team tools to clarify who’s responsible for what, set priorities, improve communication, resolve issues and track critical numbers. The leadership team can then get to grips with their new tools for the next 30 days.
During the Vision Day 1, your leadership team will review and sharpen the Focus Day tools. They’ll then begin to use the V/TO™(Vision/Traction Organiser™) tool to clarify their vision, starting with who they are, why they exist, what they do and where they are going. They’ll also get a great tool for reviewing their people. Again, your team can get to grips with their new tools over the next 30 days. This is a spaced-learning approach, which has proven to be the most effective for quickly gaining proficiency with the tools.
The 2nd Vision Day is when your leadership team will master the Focus Day tool, and continue using the V/TO tool. This will enable them to complete their vision, clarify their Marketing Strategy, 3-Year Picture™, 1-Year Plan and priorities for the next 90 days. All your leaders will now be focused and all on the same page as they continue to use the tools for the next 90 days to execute their plan.
Every 90 days, your leadership team will refocus and spend the day evaluating their performance, setting priorities for the next 90 days and resolving any issues that could affect their progress.
Every year, 2 Days with the leadership team will be spent to work on team health, and to update their vision and plan for the next year and next quarter. The result is a healthy, focused leadership team and an organization that makes continual progress towards achieving everything in their vision.
